🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We proudly ship worldwide, with free shipping on every order.


📩 Where’s my confirmation email?

If you didn’t receive a confirmation email after placing your order:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder
  2. Give it 20–30 minutes, sometimes it’s delayed
  3. Still nothing? Email us and we’ll help right away

🚀 What is Expedited Shipping?

Want to speed up your delivery? Choose Expedited Shipping at checkout.

  • Delivery in 5–8 business days
  • Up to 3 days of processing before it ships
  • Cannot be canceled once placed

🛑 Please note: While we aim to deliver quickly, unexpected events (like global strikes or shipping delays) may cause delays. In rare cases, expedited delivery can take up to 5–8 weeks. Thank you for your patience.


📦 How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive in 8–12 business days depending on your location.
You’ll get a tracking link once your LEGO set ships. You can also check your order anytime through our Track My Order page.

⏳ Delays may happen due to external factors (logistics disruptions, weather, holidays, etc). In the rare event of a major delay, we ask for up to 45 working days before issuing refunds or compensation.


🚛 Who is your shipping carrier?

We use YUNEXPRESS, a trusted logistics partner of Amazon, along with other reliable international carriers. Your order ships from the closest warehouse to ensure faster delivery and lower costs.


📦 What does shipping insurance cover?

Our optional $3.99 shipping insurance protects your order if it’s lost or mishandled during transit.

  • Insurance does not cover packages marked “delivered” that are missing
  • Contact us immediately if you can’t locate your package—we’ll do our best to help
  • All refunds are issued as store credit only

🛠️ What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?

We offer a Lifetime Warranty on eligible LEGO products.

  • If you need a replacement due to damage or defect, we’ll send a new one
  • Just pay a small $35 replacement fee per item
  • Warranty covers up to 2 replacements, valid forever

🧱 What happens after I place an order?

Your order is processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped out.
You’ll receive an email with real-time tracking info as soon as it ships.
You can also check your status directly on our website.


🔁 Can I return or exchange an item?

We care deeply about your satisfaction. If something’s wrong with your order, let us know and include photos—we’ll work with you to make it right.

  • Exchanges (e.g., different set or version) are possible with a small reshipping fee
  • Due to warehouse limitations, we do not accept returns
  • All refunds are issued as store credit

✏️ Can I cancel or change my order?

We allow modifications within 1 hour of ordering.
Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled.

📭 What if my package is missing?

If your tracking says “delivered” but your package is missing:

  1. Double-check around your delivery area
  2. Ask neighbors or your local courier
  3. Still can’t find it? Email us immediately

🧾 Will I receive an invoice?

Yes! Your order invoice is automatically emailed after checkout. If you can’t find it, let us know.


🚨 Fraudulent Disputes

We believe in transparency and fair resolution.

If a customer opens a fraudulent or wrongful dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to take legal action, including involving law enforcement and collection agencies.
Please reach out to us first—we’re here to help.


🔍 How do I track my order?

Tracking is emailed to you within about 3 business days. You can also visit our Track My Order page to check your order status at any time.
