⏱ How long will delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 8–12 business days, often sooner. We ship from the closest available warehouse depending on product availability and your location.

We proudly work with YUNEXPRESS, an Amazon logistics partner, along with other reliable global carriers. This helps us keep delivery smooth and costs low—so you get more bricks for your buck.
📦 What does shipping insurance cover?
bilddi offers optional shipping insurance for $3.99, which covers:
- Lost or mishandled packages by the carrier
- Faster resolution and priority assistance
⚠️ Important: This insurance doesn’t cover “delivered” packages that can’t be found. If that happens, contact us immediately—we’ll help investigate and assist however possible.
All shipping-related refunds are provided as store credit to ensure the best resolution.
🧱 What happens after I place an order?
We get right to work picking and packing your LEGO set.
- Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 1–3 business days
- You’ll receive a real-time tracking link via email once your order is on the way
- You can also track your order on our website directly
🔁 Can I return or exchange my order?
We want every builder to be happy with their set!
If your order arrives damaged or something’s not right, email us with photos. We’ll make it right—whether that’s a replacement or store credit.
Need a different set or color variation? Exchanges are free—just cover a small reshipping fee.
Please note: All approved refunds are issued as store credit.
✏️ Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified within 1 hour of placing them.
Once an order begins processing, it cannot be canceled—our team moves fast to ship it out.

📭 What if I can’t find my delivery?
If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received it:
- First, double-check nearby areas (porch, mailbox, neighbors)
