We currently ship worldwide! No matter where you’re building, we’ll get your sets to you.

🧱 Are your sets authentic?
Yes—every single set at Bilddi is 100% authentic. We source directly from trusted distributors and collectors, so you can build with confidence. Whether it’s a retired set or a brand-new release, it’s the real deal.
📩 Where is my confirmation email?
Didn’t see your order confirmation? Here’s what to do:
- Check your spam/junk folder—sometimes emails hide there.
- Give it a few minutes—it usually arrives within 20–30 minutes.
- Still missing? Just email us and we’ll resend it right away.
🚚 What does Expedited Shipping mean?
At checkout, you’ll have the option to select Expedited Shipping, which gets your order to you faster than standard free shipping.
- Expedited delivery usually takes 5–8 business days (plus 1–3 business days to process).
- Please note: Expedited orders can’t be canceled—they’re sent out fast!
📦 How long will delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 8–12 business days, often sooner. We ship from the nearest available warehouse to speed things up. You can check tracking anytime from our website.
🚛 Who is your shipping carrier?
To keep your delivery safe and reliable, we ship with YUNEXPRESS, a trusted logistics partner of Amazon. We also work with other reliable carriers depending on your location.
📦 What does shipping insurance cover?
Bilddi offers optional shipping insurance for just $3.99, which protects your order if it gets lost or mishandled in transit.
- It does not cover packages marked “delivered” that you can’t locate—though we’ll still help however we can!
- If you added insurance and there’s an issue, we prioritize your resolution—usually in the form of store credit.
🔧 What happens after I place an order?
Once you order, we start prepping your set immediately—usually within 1–3 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as it ships. You can also use the Track My Order page on our website anytime.
🔁 Can I return or exchange an order?
We want you to love what you build! If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, please email us with photos. We’ll work with you to find the best solution—whether that’s a replacement or store credit.
✏️ Can I cancel or change my order?
We can modify orders within 1 hour of placing them. Unfortunately, we can’t cancel orders once they’ve started processing. If you need help, just email our team—we’ll do our best to help!
📭 What if I can’t find my delivery?
If your order says “delivered” but you can’t find it, don’t worry—contact us right away. We’ll help track it down and work with you to figure out the best next step.
🧾 Will I receive an invoice?
Yes! You’ll receive your invoice via email right after checkout. If you don’t see it, let us know.
🔍 How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships (usually within 3 business days).
